How do I pay you?
Cash, Venmo, or card — whatever's easiest. You pay when the job's done and you're happy with it, never up front.
What if it ends up costing more than the quote?
I call you first. If I open it up and find something else, you hear the new price and decide before I do anything. No surprise charges.
Do you charge just to look at it?
If you book the repair, figuring out what's wrong is free. If you just want me to diagnose it and you'll handle the rest, it's a flat $40.
What cars do you work on?
Most makes. I'm strongest on Hondas, Toyotas, and older domestics. If it's something I shouldn't touch, I'll tell you straight instead of guessing.
Can you come to me?
For most jobs, yeah — driveway, parking lot, wherever it's sitting, anywhere around Idaho Falls. The bigger stuff I'd rather do at my garage where I've got everything.
How soon can you get to it?
Usually same week. Send me what's going on and I'll text you back with what I've got open — most days I can fit you in pretty quick.
