What we collect

When you send a request, we collect your name and phone number, plus anything you choose to add — a description, photos, a video, or a recording of the sound your car is making.

How it’s used

Only to respond to your request: Trey Barrett uses it to understand the problem and to text you a quote and arrange the work. We never sell or share your information with anyone else, and there’s no marketing list.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept only as long as needed to do the work and keep a basic record. Ask us any time to delete yours.
